pH probes

All POOL TECHNOLOGY probes are manufactured in the USA by a partner with whom we have an exclusive distribution contract for swimming pool applications since 1995. All probes are manufactured and controlled one by one by human hand. The different colours make it possible to identify each model immediately and simply.

AMBER probe

The AMBER probe is a high quality probe, guaranteed for 1 year from the commissioning of the device (the invoice is proof). The quality of its components, the technology of their assembly and the molar concentration of the electrolyte liquid (3 mole/l) give it a longer lifespan than the CLEAR probe.

BLUE probe

The BLUE probe is a semi-professional probe, guaranteed for 2 years from the commissioning of the appliance (the invoice is proof of this). The even higher concentration of its electrolyte gives it a longer lifespan than the AMBER probe.

BLACK probe

The BLACK probe is a probe for PROS reserved for PREMIUM range appliances, guaranteed for 3 years from the commissioning of the appliance (the invoice is proof). It is undoubtedly one of the most efficient on the market. The molar concentration of its electrolyte as well as the plastic overmoulding ensure an unequalled longevity. It is not uncommon to find BLACK probes that are more than 10 years old and still in very good condition. It has been fitted to our pH regulators since 1995.

ORP probe

Gold ORP probe

The GOLD ORP probe is a probe that measures the oxidising capacity of water in millivolts (mV). The ORP (Oxydo Reduction Potential) indicates the oxidizing or reducing power of one substance in relation to another. In simple terms, it makes it possible to judge the general aspect of water from a sanitary point of view. The ORP probe is equipped with a gold bulb to guarantee accurate measurement. The protective spigot provides it with prolonged resistance.

Chlorine probes

Chlorine probes for amperometric regulation are specially developed for salt electrolysis.

The maintenance of these quality sensors is reduced to a minimum. Only one annual calibration of the probe is required. Only a top-up of conductivity gel is necessary every 3 months. Chlorine probes are very resistant over time.

In addition, amperometric regulation remains an economical solution because the probes do not require any reagents to be purchased or handled.
