Our work is, above all, about people, which is why we strive to provide our employees with a work environment that allows them to thrive and give their best, both individually and as a team.
At POOL TECHNOLOGIE, we’ve created various spaces that combine a welcoming atmosphere, well-being, and relaxation. So, during the most beautiful months of the year—and there are plenty of them—you can enjoy a swimming pool right next to the outdoor dining area. Whether you’re a pétanque enthusiast or a beginner, give it a try on the pétanque court! A truly relaxing moment to unwind during your lunch break, lulled by the song of the cicadas.
A community garden is tended by employees who wish to grow fruits and vegetables. The company provides irrigation, seedlings, and seeds for its employees. An orchard with about fifty trees is located on the company’s grounds. Apricot, apple, and fig trees grow side by side, much to the delight of employees during the annual harvests.

The European standard NF EN 17645 covers all aspects of swimming pools, from water quality to lighting, filtration, and heating. It provides an environmental assessment of private family swimming pools, with a rating scale from A (best) to F (worst) for both the pools and their equipment. This labeling helps consumers make informed choices and encourages professionals to prioritize more eco-friendly products. This standard applies to permanent outdoor residential swimming pools. EGAPRO 2025 Index
Since March 1, 2020, companies with more than 50 employees have been required to publish an index, based on four criteria, that measures French companies’ efforts toward gender pay equity. Pool Technologie places great importance on gender equality, and we are continually working to achieve this goal of equality in our HR policies.
In 2025, our overall score is 82 out of 100.
Specifically, several criteria are evaluated:
• 35/40: Regarding equal pay for women and men
• 35/35: Gap between the rate of pay increases granted to women and men
• 0/10: Gender equality among the 10 highest-paid employees
To explain this low score, it is due to the high proportion of men in management positions in the design and sales departments, as well as the fact that women make up only 25% of the workforce in an industrial sector that has historically had few women.
