High quality cells

Our chlorination cells are known for their significant lifespan and their high disinfectant production. We make them in our factory from high quality material. We use titanium plates of 1 millimeter exclusively sourced from major international suppliers. 3 microns ruthenium and iridium coating awards them their features. To guarantee a constant quality and chlorine production, we control all titanium batches. A very simple assembly process eliminates manufacturing defects and ulterior deterioration during use and manipulations.

Progressive polarity inversion and memory process

Saltwater chlorinator cells

Our salt chlorinator cells are self-cleaning by automatic polarity inversion. It is pledge of performance and reliability. It avoids visual controls and manual cleanings with acid. POOL TECHNOLOGIE goes even further: to adapt the frequency of polarity inversion to the hardness of the water, a large number of our models propose an adjustable polarity inversion. The harder the water is, the more the frequency of inversion must be important for avoiding the scaling of the cell.

However, the adjustment must be made carefully: the frequency of inversion reduces the lifespan of the cell. The technology of current monitoring minimizes this major inconvenience because it allows a progressive polarity inversion; not traumatic for the plates coating. The risks of local tearing of the coating are eliminated by the progressive current input in the cells. The current monitoring also allows us to provide devices with a polarity inversion memory.

After a filtration stop, the cycle of polarity inversion starts again by taking into account the time of inversion made before the filtration stop.

They are made of poly methyl meth acrylate (PMMA) which gives it properties such as its transparency equal or even superior to that of glass, its resistance to chemical agents as the cell is where the chlorine is most concentrated and its lightness which does not alter its solidity. At a glance, you can check the state of the titanium plates.

CELL LIFE TECHNOLOGY

Our technological choices give our cells their quality. In good conditions of use, their lifespan is estimated at more than 10 000 hours. We can thus propose a 2 years warranty extension in addition to the initial 2 years warranty on all our chlorination cells. Our spare cells are warrantied for 2 years.
